The young lady was nice and very helpful. I would recommend anyone to visit the store and enjoy the very wonderful experience Pandora has to offer. I recieved great gifts for my wife and daughter and will be back in the next week to buy more Pandora products!

Always enjoy the customer service reps knowledge of what is coming and new items. But usually vary disappointed with lack of available charms when shopping. This store is the most pleasant experience each time I go there but somewhat sad when product has not been shipped to this store. Why does this happen soooo frequently???
