The associate who helped me explained to me how rare my charms are and that I need to be more careful. She rearranged my bracelet and took the time to clean it. Thank you!

There were two sales associates who helped me. Both were friendly and knowledgeable. Since I came after Christmas, selection was limited, understandably, but one of the associates found the piece I was looking for on line and ordered it for me. They organized my charms on my bracelet and cleaned them nicely. Overall, I am very pleased about my apandora experience.

Carmela the associate was friend knowledgeable and patient although others were waiting. Still finishing up with me in a timely manner. I sent my husband back to purchase something she helped me pick out and he received the same service.

The Sales associate was excellent..but the other sales reps were not so friendly and did not follow the order of arrival.

Although there wasn't much in the store for purchase when I arrived, Lead sales rep Mando did his absolute best to assist me and my daughter in every way he could. I was disappointed in the selection, however he advised that they began this huge sale right after Christmas which left little to offer. I was able to purchase, and so was my daughter. We still walked away happy...until next time.
