I had been in the store several months ago to show my daughter the different styles. Armondo M No. 148664; waited on us then and answered all the questions we asked. When I went in on the 13th of September, he remembered us. He was so helpful on slecting the right size bracelet, and then showed me the safty chains. I memtioned that the 13th was my daughters Birthday, and he showed me several beautiful charms. As my daughter is a first responder, I selected the Blue Butterfly charm. He was kind enough to put the charm on the bracelet and then the safty catch. He even gifted wrapped it. I will simply tell you my daughter loved it and the glow on her face was worth a million. This was her 45th Birthday, not one women look forward to, but I was told it was the best ever, and I think the complete bracelet gift was a big reason for that. It diffently out shined anythibg else there. You have a real Gem in Mr. Armando.

Hannah was awesome as usual along with all the other staff that greets us each time we go in. My exchange was flawless.
