I was in and out very quick and they were very helpful! Visiting from out of town needed a Virginia Beach pendant (3)

the salesperson was very friendly, good customer service. he gave me other options when it came to the item I was looking for and loved my second option more than my first. will be coming back again.

The salesclerk was familiar with former lines and helped us to find where sizes unavailable in the store are available online. She knew how to make small talk and was personable.

I had two specific items in mind when going into the store and the sales associate was kind and knew what I was trying to describe. I got one thing for myself, but the other item was the last one in stock so it took a little bit to find it, but I didn’t mind. It was quick for them being kinda busy and I was in and out in under about 20 minutes. At one point they didn’t think they had my item in stock, so they called other stores to see if it was there and I really appreciated that, since I was getting it as a gift. I got lucky because the charm I got was in one of the display cases.

The sales associate that was helping us was very friendly, funny and relatable. She has excellent knowledge in the items we were interested in. Also, she was very quick with locating the items and the sizes that we were interested in. I would definitely ask for her on my next visit
