Because they allowed me to put charms on hold till Monday and that is passed the 24hr of holding. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR DOING THAT. I love it.

This was the first sale I was able to participate in the buy 2 get one free event. Awesome definitely should have more sales! Or at least a rewards program these charms n bracelets n etc adds up QUICK! My sales lady Annette was super cute n helpful!!! Thank you!!!

The sales person was very pleasant and went over and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and she cleaned the bracelet twice to make sure that it was clean.
