Ms. Tara was very friendly and her assistance was top of the line. She helped give her advice when I was stuck but let me be the one to make the decision. Even kind enough to have a conversation with me about my career.

The sales associate was the very best. She cleaned my charms and showed me the proper way to care for them. She informed me of the important of spacers to keep my charms that screwed on from wearing down. Ended up making a large purchase and was very satisfied. Ms. Carmella was amazing and she knew her merchandise. I asked a few quesitons about what to add to my bracelet and she was on top of everything. During our time she cleaned by charms and the bracelet, she also recommended I get a bracelet protector(I hope that was the right name) so I can't loose my bracelet and showed me other colors that would look great on my fairly new bracelet. I love this store and the people are great with customer and very professional.
