The sales associates greeted me when I came in the store. They notice my bracelets. Told me about the new lion king line, Mother's day promotions.. showed me some of the new charms

The sales associate was able to find exactly what I want based on asking me a couple questions about my style. Instead of pushing the newest line Pandora has, she customized the experience to my needs and my style.
