my sales associate hanna was very professional and had a lot of knowledge about pandora charms. she also convinced me to purchase the pandora charm cleaner because the difference i saw in my charm bracelet when she cleaned it was unbelievable !

I visited the store shortly after opening and it was a pleasant experience as I was able to get assistance immediately so that I was able to run all my errands for the day. Carmella and Armando were very helpful and Armando went above and beyond by checking a couple unavailable items in the system. I enjoy Armando every time I visit that store. My friend and I will be going to a different Pandora store this weekend as the store I purchased from did not have much selection for the Reflections bracelet charms.

I was highly satisfied because the sales associate was very knowledgeable about assisting me with my purchase. She asked me what I liked to do and a few other questions to help me choose a purchase which I am very pleased with.
