Always love the customer service

I received an e-mail showing me a charm with VT on it. I emailed asking for it to be held for me and I got a quick response back stating that it will be held until the close of the day. As soon as I walked in the door and mentioned my name they knew right away where my charm was. Their friendliness and service was above and beyond, and not just from one salesperson, it was from all of them. I left feeling like I was an important customer to them and that they actually did hope to see me again soon. Amazing!!!

The associate was very knowledgeable and helped us get the perfect gift for grandma. He gave us suggestions and showed as many charms as we needed until we were happy. Conversation was great and made us feel welcomed while at the store! Gave me information I didn’t know before on their guarantee and care of our charms.

Sales clerk was knowledgeable about the merchandise. She informed me of current sales and new products. Super fast service and super friendly associate.
