The retail associate, Samantha was VERY polite, friendly and helpful and had awesome customer service! She was very patient with my mom and I and offered us lots of options based on our interests! The main reason why I was satisfied was because Pandora had the exact bracelet that I saw online in the size that they had a limited supply left in stock! This was my first Pandora bracelet/charm purchase for myself; I wrote down a list of charms/silicon clips for future purchases that I am extremely excited about! This is the start of a beautiful relationship!! Thank you, Pandora!!!!!

I always visit this location of Pandora because the staff is always welcoming, helpful and most of all Ms Carmella has always made my visits pleasant full of suggestions for my style.

I like the location of the store in the mall. Sales person was friendly. Choices of charms was okay.

I first visited the MacArthur location and they were not very helpful. The staff and manager at the Lynnhaven location were extremely helpful with the same issue. I work in MacArthur mall so it's easier to visit the MacArthur location but from now on I will take the drive to the lynnhaven location to give that store my business.

You always have good sales associates they can always recommend good products. The sales associates always have good recommendations for other merchandise.

I went to this Pandora for my son. It was the Sunday before Christmas. There was a line, however, their was an associate who greeted us and had brochures and was answering any questions anyone had. I told her what charms I was looking for. The next time she went into the store she checked and came back out to the line and told me that both of them were in stock. I was only going to purchase one of them, but after speaking to the sales associate and viewing the items I ended up purchasing them both. The store is small, or at least seems that way with the Christmas rush. There were plenty of associates for the space available. I will visit this store again.

Our time at the pandora store was very stress free. Annette was so sweet and helped me find the the prettiest and best fitting to my moms personality. We found everything we wanted and wasn’t rushed at all.
