Our sales associate, Carmella B, went above and beyond for us today. Not only did she sell us what we were looking for. She took the time to transfer all of my charms to the new bracelet that we purchased and took the time to clean and arrange them on my bracelet. She took the time to ask what my life is like to help me find charms that would interest me. When I return to this store I will definitely ask for her again.
