Purchased a Gift Card for my wife for our anniversary. Sales associate was fast and helpful with the process and transaction.

Sales person was very personable and patient. She was also knowledgeable and helpful since I was having trouble deciding which charms to purchase. She was friendly and nice!

This was my first visit to a Pandora store, and I can tell you it won't be my last! I went in to purchase 1 ring and came out with 3 rings; 1 necklace and 1 pair of earrings! I think I'll be doing some Christmas shopping there! The sales associate was extremely friendly; knowledgeable and polite, but I can't remember her name. She was a young girl and the other employee appeared to be the manager.

They were very helpful. The only thing they need to do is explain the care of the charms. Because there were a lot of things they don’t expalain the care of the charms and one of my charms got ruin.

The workers was very professional and they knew all about the merchandise. I've always loved the customer service. The only problem that I found if the store is busy you all needs to have a number machine to keep down confusing because the employees dont know who was next and ppl just cut in front of those that have been waiting patiently.
