Everytime I visit this store I am greeted with very friendly store representatives. They are always so polite and very knowledgeable about the items. Kudos out to Armando who goes out of his way to make sure you leave with being a satisfised customer.

Nicole S. was kind and very helpful in finding a charm for my sister-in-law's 50th birthday. I described to her what I wanted. She showed me what I needed, which made my shopping experience easy and less stressful. I hate malls and try to avoid them. However, I will visit this store again.

The associate that worked with me, Annette. Was very helpful. She knew alot about the merchandise and was knowledgeable when i had various questions about my braclet purchase.

When I entered the store, all the associates were busy; however, they acknowledged my presence. When the next sales associates became available, she approached me with a smile and thanked me for being patience. She was very knowledgeable about the products and made wonderful suggestions. She even cleaned the bracelets I was wearing. I really like the service at this store. I have been to other Pandora stores, in this area, and the sales associate was slow to acknowledge me, was not pleasant and appeared indifferent to whether I purchase anything or not.
