The sales associate was friendly knowledgeable and made me feel very important and was extremely helpful in making my decision. Since customer service is almost non existent these days, it feels so good to go to a store, where the customer is cared about. Thank you Pandora and thank Ms King for being great.

I knew one of the associates from personal experiences but she was still extremely helpful and professional. She was very patient when I wanted to look at multiple pieces. Overall I was very satisfied with her help.

The associate that assisted me (Armando) was very knowledgeable, kind and patient with helping me choose the perfect charms for my bracelet. I stopped in a week ago to just ask about the upcoming bracelet event after going to another jewelry store that sells pandora and having my bracelet cleaned. He generously offered and then painstakingly polished my bracelet that had just been cleaned by the other store and make it look like new (way better than the jewelry store!) even though he knew I wasn’t there to make a purchase that day! I came back this weekend specifically to see him to get my new bracelet and charms because of his kindness and helpfulness during my previous visit. Strongly recommend him and will be back to see him for future purchases!

I was in a bit of a hurry and Armondo was right there. He sensed that I was in a hurry and helped me get straight to the bead that I needed. Once he helped with my immediate need, he quickly showed me a few beads that I will think about for Christmas. I match software to business needs for a living and Armondo quickly matched me to the beads that I wanted. Fantastic customer service. I'll be back!
