Sales associates were very knowledgeable, friendly and PATIENT! They helped me for 15 minutes and I left the store to try to purchase the items online, because some of the items I wanted were unavailable in the store. When I went to the site, the main item I wanted was out of stock! I came back in the store and they welcomed me back and helped me for the next thirty minutes They even wrapped my beautiful chosen gifts which have since been given and treasured!!

The associates are always friendly . Help me with any questions I have. They know me pretty well since I’m always going to buy charms.

The store was nice and clean. There were lots associates to help. The sales associate who assisted me was very helpful and patient with me even when I changed my mind several times through out the transaction.
