This was my first purchase at Pandora and the sales person Shania was very knowledgeable about Pandora's product and gave me a brief background about the charms and bracelets before i made my purchase. She truly put me at ease by explaining about getting a clip and also the safety chain just in case the clasp came undone. She did a excellent job of assisting at the store in Lynnhave Mall/VIRGINIA Beach.Va
