The sales person, Carmella B., was very knowledgeable about the Pandora products, and by talking with me about how I like to organize my charms on my bracelets, she was able to show me pieces that fit into my collection and arrange them on the bracelet in a way that matched my style. She was very helpful and professional and made the experience very satisfying.
