Sandra was amazing. She gave me recommendations in addition to advising me of a current special. I was only going to buy one charm but after our brief consult, I bought 3. She took her time with me even though I came in the store 5 minutes before closing. Very thorough, helpful and all with a smile. The manager on duty was able to cancel my pickup while we processed my new purchase, which was super efficient as well.
