Carmella B was such a delight. I went in to purchase a charm for my mother and ended up purchasing an item to enhance my own bracelet. She was patient, thorough and cleaned my bracelets beautifully.

I received a ring for Christmas from a friend. Two of the stones fell out. I called the store looking to contact Pandora, hoping they could repair it. I was willing to pay for it. I spoke with Sara, who tried to find the name it was purchased under. We tried multiple names, phone numbers, and email address to no avail. She let me know that if I could figure out what day my friend purchased it, that she could look up the receipt. Sure enough I have her the date, and she found it. The ring was still under warranty, so I brought it in, and they replaced it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!! Not only Sara, but the other two employees weee very nice as well!

My experience this visit went pretty well because I did not have to wait a long time before a sales person approached me.

Came in to purchase a bracelet and get home charm collection started and Annette was absolutely wonderful. She made her self available to us as soon as we walked in and answered every question I had with a smile on her face. Annette also helped me pick out a bracelet and charm that I absolutely love! Can’t wait to come back and purchase more charms from her. She is an asset to this store/company; she’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly!
