I went to buy my daughter a baby elephant charm for her first mother’s day..however they were out of stock..the sales associate Carmela B was very helpful in showing me other charms that I may like..she was very friendly, professional and thorough with explaining the meaning ma of the charms..I will definitely go back at shop at this location! I was very satisfied

The Lynnhaven store has the best associates every one is very friendly and professional. Or it just happens that I go there frequently .

Although there was a short waiting line at the entrance of the store, I was waited on within a shot time frame. Once inside the store, I was received and given uninterrupted attention. The service, knowledge and professionalism of the salesperson (Carmella B.) was outstanding.

I was highly satisfied with the way staff handled the crowd of customers with having everyone sign into the clipboard and making sure they assisted everyone in the order in which they signed in.

I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. The person that assisted me was super nice and friendly. She was very thorough in answering my questions. This was my first visit to a Pandora store!
