Mrs. Carmella actually took her time to speak with me, while she was cleaning my wife's bracelet. She helped me design the bracelet for my wife who was extremely happy.

I received a Pandora charmless bracelet for Christmas and decided to check out the charms since I was in the mall (vacationing for spring break). Hanna greeted me as I stepped through the door. I told her what I wanted and she went right to it. She answered was very knowledgeable about the products and I liked that.

Everything thing that I wanted to purchase was available the sales associate Armando was very friendly and help he organize my bracelets. He also helped me pick out peices to suite my travel bracelet he was awesome !
