Because I was in search of the Valentine's kiss me emoji charm... but I knew no one had the gift set from the Valentine's special back in February. But we went inside anyway. Miss Margo assisted us in going to grab the charm box where the kiss me emoji was but then out of no where, the assistant manager (her name I did not get) came from a door entrance and said "wait a moment, I have something for you." To my surprise, she knew exactly what I was looking for and handed Margo the pink valentine's kiss me gift set!!! I jumped up and down for joy!!! Even tho, my loved one was late in his surprise to me, it was the best day ever in receiving what I had wanted from the beginning, and they helped me with that!!!

Sarah was awesome and incredibly helpful. Everyone there was great and I came into the store not intending to purchase anything and I came out with two charms in 20 minutes!
