The sales rep was very knowledgeable and gave me advice on the care of my Bracelet. She cleaned my pieces and advised me what to do with a piece that was damaged. The only issue that I have is there is no repair center on site for small repairs.

Armando was super helpful and kind. He easily developed a good rapport with me while cleaning my pieces. I look forward to coming back and shopping with him again.
