It was a very pleasant experience. The ladies were very friendly and helpful. Emily C. took very good care of me and we shared a few laughs as well.

In December I purchased a ring (I love that ring) but it started giving me allergic and it got to a point that as soon as the ring was on my finger it started burning. Since I was not able to wear it anymore, I decided to exchange it. I have two bracelets and I always get charms. The staff was really nice and they did not even question anything. As soon as they saw my finger they let me exchange it. Really happy with the store and I hate having allergic because I really love their rings.

Great Customer service. Carmella took the time to really explain the various types of bracelets and how to design them. She was very knowledgeable about all the charms and styles offered through Pandora store.

I only explanation I can state my previous purchases were at McArthur Mall. I’ve purchase a total of 9 charms & a 21 inched sterling silver bracket, 2 pair of Pandora ear rings. The quality and the knowledge showed at the Lynnhaven store was outstanding. My jewelry was not treated with proper care at the McArthur store. I was informed my charms were scratched due to method of cleaning they used. Which I can say I’m not pleased at all with their service.

I received my Pandora bracelet as a gift from my sister in law at her destination wedding in the Dominican Republic. It was too small for my wrist and I needed to exchange it for a larger size. Upon returning home to Va Beach, I went into a Pandora store and explained the situation. The entire staff greeted me with warm smiles as I entered the store. Armando immediately met me at the counter and assisted. I explained the situation even though he made me feel an explanation wasn't necessary. He measured my wrist and instantly provided a new bracelet that fit. As Armando was assisting me, Tara was preparing the exchange slip and explained the warranty, cleaning and care of my bracelet. Armando and Tara even took time to view a few of the wedding pictures on my phone. I have never considered purchasing a Pandora bracelet. Thanks to my wonderful experience on 2/3/18, I will purchase charms for my gift. Thanks Armando and Tara!!!!!

Armando was very friendly and helpful! He approached us as we were browsing and helped me figure out my ring sized and helped my decision on which rings I wanted to get! We even discussed my pins on my backpack and our love for studio ghibli. He was so helpful and I was happy to have him as my associate!
