The sales woman that helped me was excellent. I brought my daughters leather bracelet in and needed a bigger size- she showed me the double wrap which I loved and got - then as a bonus she showed me that you can take the old band and attach it to the new one for a triple wrap! It was so cool, I had thought I would end up just having to throw the old one away. Love the extra mile she went to make my purchase from good to excellent. I am sorry I don’t remember her name :( I will also say for such a busy time right before Christmas, I never felt rushed or ignored. Thank you!

Although the store was very busy, the sales associate took the time needed to ensure I found what I was looking for. All the sales associates seemed to work well together (locating ipads for checkout, ensuring all customers were taken care of) while maintaining their professional composure.

I went in with one ring in mind and was able to find a better ring since the one I was looking for wasn't available in my size.
