The knowledge and friendliness was very satisfactory

the sales staff were not only helpful, they offered advise on other items and products. I never felt pressured or neglected, they allowed you to browse, yet close enough to answer question wiht out hovering. I can truthfully say it is one of your nicer stores and I will be returning soon.

Mrs Carmella and the whole staff at Lynn haven was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The sales associate was knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. She showed me options and special sales items. It was not a busy time at the store so that probably helped with the overall experience. She also wrapped the packages which was a nice touch.

The associates are always ready to help. They do not hover over you while you shop but let you know they will be happy to assist you when you are ready. It's also helpful to have the catalogs available like this store does so you can flip through the pages rather than the associates pulling out numerous drawers to find what you may be looking for. I thought their displays of the new merchandise was very well put together.

The staff was very friendly when asked for a product in store and when one of the products was not available they offered to ask if it was available at another location. They held my product with my name and all I had to do was show up for it. There also happened to be a sale which in turn inclined me to buy another gift for my girlfriend.
