I came in to return one item and purchase 2 more items. I was looking for a clip for one of my bracelets. I had selected one clip, but Amy (the sales associate) recommended another clip that was the same price and looked much better with the charms already on my bracelet.

Janeene was very friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy. I came in knowing what I wanted and never felt that she was trying to sell me more. This is my favorite Pandora store. The staff recognize me and their greeting to me is genuine.
