I was looking for a charm the Halloween holiday selection and this store was the only one that still had it! I traveled from NC to VA for it.

Carmella was very helpful in my choosing of my first Pandora bracelet. She kept a professional atmosphere but also made it personal in her own way by her way of conversation with me and my husband. The staff was very complimentary from everything I wore and to my choice of charms. Great service all around. Very clean store. Definitely plan on making that my go-to Pandora store in the future!
