I was waited on by Debbie. I was looking to add a Pandora charm to a bracelet that is just for travel. She was patient while I looked around and we found one that was perfect. She was very knowledgeable about the Pandora products; very professional; courteous; and has a pleasant personality.

Sales person was very helpful

I had gotten a ring as a gift and it was not the right size. I didn’t have a receipt but the associate helped me find the right size and exchanged it with no problem. Great first Pandora experience.

As soon as I walk in. They recognize me from the last time I went in. I was help right away. And guide me with what I need. And as I saw myself. I bought a couple of 2 items I wasn’t planning on buying.

Greeted in a timely manner, sales associate was knowledgeable, friendly. Just felt the item I purchased was over priced.
