Probably the speed to get others it takes to work with others, the service is so slow often there are lines out side of the shop which is highly disappointing but very common due to popularity and small workshop.

We were looking for birthday charms and other charms that we seen online but the store did not have them. The selection was stale meaning just the same stuff as previous visits. Some of the items we wanted the prices were just way to high… ie the new Disney items.

Only reason for gicing the rating of NOT "Highly Satisfied" is because of the internet connection issue with their tablets.

Not clear about the price until asked to pay. Items were a little on the expensive side even for basic pieces. Although the selection was beautiful, I feel for the price I paid I should have more.
