The did not have an item I wanted

I don't live close to this Pandora location. I was not satisfied with the one in the Patrick Henry Mall on one occasion so I traveled out of my way to find this one.

Prior to purchasing items, at checkout the sales associate wasn’t aware her tablet was offline. It took over 30min to get it together & still wasn’t able to complete purchase same day. I had to return the next day & still the internet connection wasn’t allowing the completion of purchase, took an additional 15min to restore connectivity.

I found out the charm I originally wanted was not available. Therefore I had to settle for another charm that was okay, BUT not the one I wanted.

I was satisfied but there is always room for improvement. The associate was great and very knowledgeable but my visist was after the Christmas holidays and the selection was a little slim.

The line was extremely long and there were ALOT of customers crammed into the small space

Due to the amount of customers, I felt a bit rushed. The sales associate was great, but due to the way the line was set up and the fact that I could not brows by myself, I felt rushed and it raised my anxiety up.

The store was crowded and small.

I was standing in line and someone just walked in a head of us which pushed us back. I felt it wasn't right! I have back issues and it was already a problem that I had to stand in a line. People had walked out and still had to wait.
