Too many people in the store not enough assiciate. We left the store and came back when it cleared out some. Employee was very knowledgeable.

Having to wait a little while .

I waited for almost an hour because they only have 2 staff on this store.. I needed to go back and forth to check if I can be assisted already. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and will definitely go back for more!

The employee complained about the exchange process. I felt like company procedures should not be discussed with customers

I bought a new necklace which tarnished after wearing it around 3 times..I have lots of bracelets, charms, bangles and never had that issue. They think it was from a chemical like perfume, however I always wear perfume and 925 silver and never had that issue. They did replace it, but kinda scared to wear it again for that reason

The Pandora box not being provided because the chemicals will turn your bracelets.Paying a high price for a bracelet and charms but nowhere to keep it in.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at this Pandora; however, I think Pandora is over rated in general. The quality you get for the prices you pay and just the prices in general are a bit unreasonable. This last rating on how likely am I to recommend truly had nothing to do with the service received at this store. This was a great in store experience, you need to word your questions differently.

Went in with something specific in mind and had to change what I was looking to get because it was discontinued was only the single leather bracket don’t know why you would have kept the double and not the single

I was Not highly satisfied with my shopping experience this particular time based on one of the associates painting her nails in the store as another helped me, it was very distracting. Also, this particular location never allows me the most apply my discount (student, military, or teacher) in which i never have issues with at other locations.
