I personally liked when they asked me if there was something specific to my needs. Once I informed them I was, they immediately assisted me with my request.

I walked in and it was not well organized with jewelry drawers open on main island area. The ring I was about to purchase was missing a diamond. I felt rushed because the workers were more focused about closing the store than helping me and looking in the back for more stock. I am not not satisfied with my purchase because of the size of the ring being too small.

The staff was very polite but the line outside the store was 15-30 minutes long. Additionally, it was expected from the staff that you already knew what you were looking for instead of being given to opportunity to just browse at the selections.

I am satisfied

Limited availability of the charm needed for my purchase i was looking for something specific for retirement but not unavailable

One item wast at the store

No one greeted me when I walked in. First time in store and had no idea where to look for the item I came to purchase.

A lot of items i wanted were out of stock
