I was very satisfied with the service I received at Pandora store.

The staff in the store were amazing and sweet. The guy that helped me out was so nice and super helpful. He helped me pick out some new charms for my girlfriend and she loved them.

The store is very small and it was hard to move around with the number of customers that were there at the time I went.

The associate that was working with me on my exchange wasn’t too friendly didn’t make me want to browse outside of what I came in for.

My husband gave me a beautiful bracelet for Christmas and it was too small. They were ok returning it and giving me a different size, but said I needed to have the receipt next time. My husband did not fill out any info when he bought it. I am grateful that they returned it because it is a beautiful bracelet.

This store is not close to where I live. There is another store closer to home.

I think you need more select of items at this location.

The experience was great but I always feel every place can improve. Had to wait a bit to go into the store but this was understandable since it was after Christmas and the store is so small also with covid spacing.

The associate was not the nicest, although know it was Christmas I was expected more happiness she was not rude or anything but not what I expected! I overheard the other associates abs they were very very nice

When I went in I was immediately greeted with welcoming arms. The associate that helped me was very patient and understanding. She also helped my other few friends with orders as well with open arms.
