Well, it's mostly on my part, waiting until the last minute to purchase a gift, however, the store was extremely crowded upon arrival, was much smaller than I anticipated, and didn't help I had all five children with me.

Had to wait in line outside of store to buy Christmas present.

I brought 2 clear and blue sparkling clip charms since it says it goes with the pandora moments bracelet, however it did not fit my pandora moments asymmetrical star bracelet. I was highly disappointed bc the clip charms that do fit this bracelet is not as pretty. On top of that, I forgot my receipt and when I did an exchange they had to put the funds owed on a gift card. I find that disappointing that you can not charge a refund back to a card.

Being that it is currently the holiday season it is extremely busy standing outside of the store with not even a catalog to look at seem to be a waste of time I would have preferred if someone would have brought me at least an updated book to look at as I stood waiting for over 25 minutes to enter the store This also might have helped other customers make their selection more swiftly as they entered the store to make their purchases

Very busy store. Staff focused on their own customer and not new customers coming in. No greeting upon entering. Had I niot checked online for the availability of the item I wanted before arriving, I would nit have stayed.

The store was nice and welcoming. However, this store was extremely small and hard to move around. I would still return to this store to make additional purchases.

Looking for more discounts. Need to find coupon code. Find waves to save in bulk purchases.
