Associate was very helpful

The charm i was looking for was not in stock. Na. Na.

Sales associate involved themselves in other peoples transactions and not with very much grace. She seemed to belittle the customer that was with another associate and I felt it was uncalled for.

The cost of the merchandise is different than what i saw online a week prior.

I was highly satisfied. The sells clerk could not have been more helpful friendly or knowledgeable.

I needed an end cap for a bangle and the store only had two to choose from

I was satisfied with the serv8ce I received and found the sales associate very helpful

The only detractor is the price. And some sales associates are not at friendly and present as others.

There's still have room for improvement

Sales associate I was working with was extremely patient with me and very nice. Her attitude and customer service skills was an a+
