Knowledgeable employee, went extra mile to clean my bracelet, suggested things to do in area.,

Sales associate was no friendly nor personable. Availability was extremely limited. Most charms I’ve seen on the website she said she never heard of or seen.

The wait was outrageous

I was satisfied overall..Pandora didn't have a large hoop earring selection.

There wasn’t a variety of charms. The knowledge of the sales reps. This location is very small but receives a high volume of customers it’s time to upgrade this location

I was not informed how yo properly put on and take off bracelet. My charms came off without me realizing it

The sales associate thst was helping us was very nice and professional but another associate came to her cou ter and took the tray of bracelets that we were looking at so thst she could let her customer look at them even though we were not finished. We had to continue looking at them through a book which did not give the same effect. The other customer should've been presented with the book because we were already looking at it. Our associate remained professional but I feel the other was very disrespectful by doing thst to us without even acknowledging us as customers looking st that particular merchandise. This was at Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach, VA. The only reason I did not confront her was because it was Valentines day and we were there on a weekend getaway and I was trying to remain calm. Luckily she caught me on a good day. However, I will not be going back there.

My Pandora bracelet broke so I went in to get a new bracelet and pick up some cleaner or a rag or get my charms cleaned! Nothing was available and I refuse to put dirty charms on a beautiful sparkling bracelet!

When we were looking at the charms I felt I was not being shown everything they had. While I did find a charm I liked I wish they had a way to display all the charms
