Each time I visit this location, the salespersons are always pleasant, have a nice disposition, and friendly!

There was a limited selection for the rings in the sizes that fit my fingers. I was also not impressed with how I was not told nor offered the sale of select rings and other jewelry that was 50% off. I would have purchased more that day if I knew about the sale, rather than the only two rings that I got

I received my bracelet as a gift for Christmas. I wanted to surprise my daughter and go buy her one too because I loved the gift. I am on a fixed income and the cost to purchase a starter bracelet was to high for me. I did buy one clip on sale for my original gift. I left the store sad because I could not afford a beautiful bracelet for my daughter.

Izzy was extremely patient and knowledgeable when it came to the product and the customer service, she showed us different options and gave suggestions. Her customer service is what people look for.

After taking the bracelet home one of the charms would not close back onto the bracelet. The bracelet was hard to reclaspe and we believe it to be defective.

I'm not a big shopper, just like to get what I need and go on.

My experience was good. Went there for Christmas gifts and was interested in the free bangle. Was highly disappointed that it was sold out. Made our purchase despite it. But not was very disappointing that it was already sold out

Mainly not highly satisfied because everytime I asked if there was something "less expensive" associate pulled out something same price or greater. Never saw full selection, even though the glass. Just kept pulling out certain items they would get.
