I wanted a gold bracelet, they didn’t have any

One of the earrings I was looking for was not in stock

You didn’t have the size available that i needed. When I initially purchased the bracelet it was given as a gift to someone, but it was too small. She needed a 19” and you didn’t have that style in 19” so I had to pick a different style that cost more.

I was satisfied with the visit, I’m not completely sold on the prices and the quality of the product.

This was my first Pandora visit to the store. Someone gifted me a bracelet so I wanted to get a spacer. Didn't have one opinion over the other

Very small selection of charms. They only had two trays of charms. Had to settle for something that was nice for my mother’s birthday present rather than getting her something that she really wanted.

The sales associate was not very friendly and I felt rushed. I always have this experience when I visit this particular store. I try to always give a person a second chance but I won't return to this Location ever. I've spent good money with Pandora and I expect good customer service. Thank you
