The product that I bought is really beautiful. However, I think the price is a little too expensive. If I didn’t have a gift card, I would not buy it.

The staff was great, they were knowledgeable on the product and friendly. My issue was with the stores inventory. I was just in New York on a trip and that store had hundreds of charms in store and this store had maybe 30. I had to order things online which does work but I could have done that from home. I came to the store so I could see and hold what I was purchasing and take it home with me and I only got half of my purchase when I left. There is free shipping which is nice but my point stands. There is no reason for me to go to the store in the future if they dont have much inventory in stock to see. I am not trying to be impatient but that is the point of buying things in person at a store these days, to have it now.

I was very delighted by the sales agent Carmella. She was knowledgeable and well rounded with Pandora products and services. Just delightful

I purchased an earring back in November and it is now bent. When I was in a location in Georgia they said they would have replaced the earring but they did not have any in stock. When I returned to this location in Virginia they said they would not replace it. Very upset that they cannot make up their mind. I was already told it was going to be replaced and then they did not replace it. Very frustrated.

I purchased a bracelet in December last year and the clasp kept sliding. I went in the store to get a replacement and the lead sales person had a bad attitude when the person that was waiting on me verified what she was trying to do. The lead person’s attitude ruined my visit to the store. I won’t go back to that particular Pandora.

I was aware of the promotion to get a free charm. I went on my lunch break. The sales associate that assisted me talked too much. Almost made me late getting back to work. Nice conversation, but wasn’t the time for me to engage in long winded conversations.

This store, does not have the selection that the other store I go to in MacArthur Mall, Norfolk Virginia. I understand that some stores are privately owned and others are corporate-owned but to get the merchandise in the store, maybe corporate can "loan stock" to a privately owned store. It would be able to be tracked through computers and the merchandise on-loan that would be sold could produce revenue for the store and Pandora. It could be a 50/50 split to help your private owners gain a better merchandise base. I hope you'll consider this advice.
