The sales rep greeted us as soon as we walked into the store and assisted us right away. She answered all questions and was very patient during my selection.

Waiting on line they don't have my sizes bracelets I pick other one

sales associate did not seem to know what she was doing.

Assistant Manager Annette was great in helping me pick the right Anniversary gift at a good price.

Staff seemed unwilling to help until they realized i was genuinely there to make a purchase. I did find what i was looking for, and on sale to boot, but the staff could have been more welcoming.

We went to purchase a very cute charm for ny pandora bracelet. I love the design of the charm that i have purchased. Also the staff is friendly. But would live to have a birthday discount though.

The store was out of a lot of charms. They always seem to have low availability on everything.

Sales associate was friendly and tried to resolve issue in a professional manner.
