They didn't have many choices to choose from, low in supplies. I think it should be ore associates working, because a associate could be with a customer quite awhile.

At this location I almost always have a hard time purchasing certain items I want. This is because the items that I would like aren't in stock so I have to call around to locate certain items.

There was not a good selections of the items I wanted to purchase.

The knowledge of the staff was subpar. She was helpful but my previous visits at this particular store I was not greeted nor assisted which made me hesitant to return and make my purchase but the bracelet (it was being retired) I wanted was there so that's the only reason I returned to this location. Overall this time I was pleased but as I stated the customer service at this location isn't always great.

The charm I intended to buy (Eiffel Tower) was out of stock. They could not tell me when more would be available.

Store is too small. Unable to move around and browse on my own. Do not like having to sign in.
