The sales associate was not as talkative as I wanted to. Sales associate not very friendly.

I wish the stores were bigger. I wish more charms were on display. In general, I wish stores would have more of the charms from online.

My husband went in to the store with granddaughter and I felt the sales associate should have been a little less aggressive when presenting all the lovely charms. Grandfather a pushover with granddaughter.

Not all charms advertised was available. Other options were given. Manager at store did not use eye contact once while talking to me.

Need more associates during the holiday seasons

Ring size wasn't available. Also ring quality but it's for my girlfriend so it's whatever. Pretty quick service though

Was very pleased with my purchase and purchase price,,,and sales associate was very helpful, polite, courteous, and insightful on helping me with my purchase idea

Sales Lady was less than enthused.

I feel that when you spend over $200 that you should get something when you are a retiring customer. Thus will give people to spend more and to return too. It could be a 1/2 off charm or a cleaning kit but it needs to make the customer feel appreciated. Thank you

the store's wheelchair accessible desk was at the back of the store and had to ask several people to move so that we could get the wheel chair there. there were storing boxes under the desk they had to move to fit the wheel chair under. and then leaving the store had to ask several people again to move so that we could get the wheel chair out.
