Pandora Jewelry

Some items I was looking for is not available like the old initials I saw in your booklet.

Did not have all the ring options in all the sizes as well as colors.

Noting wrong. Came to store with knowledge of what I wanted. Bought items.

At this location it took a while to be helped and on top if that the sales associate wasnt the friendliest.

We were visiting on vacation that is why I would not return in 90 days. The staff was nice.

I went there to buy a specific charm, but the store was sold out of it. They also did not have a huge selection of clips for my bracelet. I wouldn't recommend this store because of their lack of inventory.

The first thing I said was that I was sorry that I had just missed their last promotion. (free bracelet) I already knew what charms I wanted i just had her show them to me. My disappointment came when I got home and looked at my emails only to see an email from the store that I just left telling me they are having a one day promotion at THAT store tomorrow to receive a free jewelry box. Considering I had just told her about missing the last promo, I feel like she should have informed me of the promotion starting the next day, as I would have certainly waited until tomorrow to make the purchase...which may have been why she didn't tell me.

The item I needed was in a case stored away inside the enter glass casing. (underneath) not visible to the customer . There were Two cases of Pandora Items I would not have seen if I had not asked If there were any other items. For some reason these items are not displayed like the other items. How can a store sell items if they are not shown

I was just in to pick up a bracelet. Sales person and assist did a great job. I have no complaints
