I love the person Mei who was assisting me very kind and pleasant.. she took the time to show me other items as well.. I will see her again.. the store was very clean and inviting.

I really enjoyed the whole shopping experience at Pandora with my daughter. I was fortunate enough to receive the mom bangle gift set for mother's day as an early gift. I understand that my experience would have been a highly satisfying experience if the prices were a little more reasonable and the bracelets were adjustable instead having to keep trying on different bracelets.

I felt bad for making a gift exchange from my son without the original receipt. It was in the poly bag from the company. I had the gift box and pandora gift bag. Thank you .

There was a long wait time, took about 5-10 minutes for me to get help. The store is to small, for all the people that wants to go there. Also they just need more people on staff. The prices was ridiculous, just for a green stone was about $40 dollars.

The reason why I'am not Highly Satisfied with my Pandora is, my braclet broke within two days. This not what I expected out of this product.

My rep while helpful came across a bit snide and some of her knowledge was I correct. Not to mention she’s an obvious chain smoker. I left with a headache
