there was a hair on the pillow of one of the charms on display. store needs more inventory.

During my first visit there the sales associate that helped me was kind at first but eventually was cold and off putting at the end of our interaction. She kept giving me her unwanted opinion on items I wanted to buy, so I left and came back a few weeks later. And I bought this ring I wanted , the associate that helped me this time was nice. However i wasn’t made aware that the jewelry could possibly tarnish until after paying for it, i was told not to get the jewelry wet.

The only problem was the store size. It's hard to walk around and see all the beautiful items you have. There were people waiting outside because they didn't fit in the store. A bigger place will help out alot.

Store was too small to move around in. And the store was out of the items I wanted to buy!

The staff was extremely nice it was super clean & I appreciate their attitude. However the selection of rose gold items were limited. But I do appreciate the assistance & accountability the associate provided me. She was patient with me which I very liked since it takes me some time to look threw items.

It was my first time actually visiting the Pandora store, I do not have any other experiences to compare it to. The store is small, not very spacious but nice nevertheless.

The sales associate quoted me the wrong price on a charm.
