I was highly satisfied with my exchange. But last visit I bought a charm. The manager was very rude and we felt rushed

We didn't realize there was a sign in sheet to get waited on. Other customers didn't know either. Maybe the sign in sheet should have been in a more obvious location.

Did not have size.

I only picked up Gift Cards

Sales Associate was not personable. And, actually acted like she did not care about the Service she offered. Not very personable or friendly. Understand it was Christmas Rush and everyone is tired. But, in Retail, you have to always stay upbeat, especially with the Price of what you pay for Pandora.

The store was very crowded and the line to just get in the store was very long, due to Christmas shoppers. Many of the charms I was interested in were out of stock. The store was completely out of the free gift (ornament)for spending over $100. The only

I love the jewelry it is very pretty, but feel it is a bit over priced.

Sales person who was not with a customer just kinda stood there. I had to ask her for help. Out of a lot of charms. A couple charm themes I asked for apparently don't exist.

I would like to browse store without signing in and having to be invited in.

Only a certain number of customers were allowed in the store at one time. This made me feel rushed once I waited for 10 minutes to get in. I didn't feel as if I had time to make my selection and browse because so many others were waiting.
