The salesperson name Annette A. is very friendly & helped me find the charm that I was looking for. Although 2 of the charm that I was looking for was out of stock, she showed me some other style that she thought that I would like (and I did).

I was looking for a vacation & travel danggling charm for a specific place, Calgary Canada, Philippines, Japan.

I was looking for charm like japanese design/style/type. Store is nice but hope just a little bigger for customers to walk around without bumping at each other.

Wait was too long for a sales clerk

I didn’t like that the sales leader barged into my sales associates and I conversation. She had a slight attitude and kinda looked down on me. Overall, everything else was great and helpful.

I asked about a Mother’s Day sale and was told there was not one but my email said there was one. Come to find out the deal sold out but I was not told that on my purchase date. Not sure why but any ways….. plus why would they only have a few of the deal items??? That is crazy!

Sales associates appeared to be tired, uninterested, not welcoming, not friendly. I’ve visited this location multiple times over the years and this is the first time I did not enjoy spending my money there

I love Pandora and is merchandise however my last two visits wasn't as pleasant. There was no problem in particular besides the last two sales associates that I encountered not being very friendly and making me feel rushed. If I were to return I would definitely request a different sales associate.
