Had to wait in regular line for pickup order vice having a separate line/area or periodic request. Some sales associates never came to door just did a hand wave. Had no option for military discount online but associate ensured it was received even though it meant she had to step through and cancel each item in original order (well worth it to me obviously) an she ensured free gift was included even though online noted store was out of the item. The sales associate went above and beyond making what was a nearly totally dissatisfying event extremely pleasurable. What gets customers to return to store and Pandora

With only 2 associates in store and a wait time of 35 minutes with only 1 person in front of me is based solely on the one employee who showed up late and from conversation happens alot and the 2 associates that were on time at opening of store were highly displeased that nothing is being done about it. I myself come to this store and have never had to wait with only 1 person in line for over 35 minutes. All the blame is not the 2 associates that were on time not the 1 who apparently is always late but customers coming into store and not knowing what they want. I always go to website and screenshot the charms Im looking for with extras in case of no stock so would be nice if everyone would know in advance what they want. Welcome to my ted talk

I’m neither satisfied or unsatisfied. I was however very concerned about that equipment that fell on the toddler in store due to poor ability to secure it. It definitely hurt the little kid.

When I was about to enter the store, an associate told me to wait outside in a loud and impolite way. I think he was stressed because Store was very busy, but there’s better ways to communicate.

The saleswoman who served us (Annette A) was amazing, friendly, and funny. However, her coworker (Collata, an older African American woman) interjected Annette’s sale to see my spouse’s military I.D. She said that the we could be put in jail for showing an expired military ID and she had that knowledge because she was a chief. She was very loud and other customers were staring at us while she told a story about a couple getting arrested because they did not realize their ID was expired. It was embarrassing to say the least and highly unnecessary since she was not the person helping us. Annette tried her best to recover the sale and she did a wonderful job making us feel better. We bought a Pandora bracelet with multiple charms and we would return to this location ONLY for her.

The sale women was being racist and her judgment was wrong and I stated what was rite and she still tell me I'm wrong,it took for another customer to say something for her to believe it. Not cool

Because of some computer problem I had to 20 minutes beyond the 11 opening time. When I came in the one service associate continued to talk to last customer outside store. So more waiting. In the past the associate cleaned my bracelet a little after putting new charm on.

The guy was very nonchalant and not really friendly. Also I walked out w the ring so I wore it out. I still asked for the box to put the ring in while I was doing my makeup or cooking. He said he'd give me one but he did not. Really upsetting because I did not want to ruin my beautiful ring!
