Well you didn't have a charm that I wanted and I asked associate can she order it she tells me no so as I'm talking to a friend of mine walk in the store she asked me did the associate checked the other store and I told her no and she was like well the guy that deal with he checked other stores and get it shipped here for me so I just feel like she wasn't trying to get that sale or if she just didn't think I was going to buy anyting I don't know she just didn't push the issue to try to get me what I wanted she told me to go online.

Tight cramp space in the store. I waited a long time before I was helped and only 1 of the 2 items were available.

While I myself did not visit your store, I would have to guess my children and husband did. Your sending this email questionnaire has ruined their Christmas surprise. You might want to rethink how you have this stuff connected when doing surveys.

There wasn’t enough items even in the shop it was very small and hard to move around. It was hard finding help but when I did it was like I was a problem not a customer.

My wife went in and picked a item out a week before. When I went there asking about this specific item I was assigned a very junior sales person who did not recognize the item I described. She asked a senior rep and got a rolling of the eyes from her friend both of us. Unprofessional and rude. I had to wait to pay cash as they only had one register available.

My sales associate was not friendly I felt like she was streotyping me. She never brought out a tray of beads, she took them out one by one and made it ackward for me to select my beads. I felt uncomfortable. She appeared a little inattentive to my sales needs.

I had 3 backup beads in case the bead I wanted wasnt there and nun of those four were there. I was still able to find a bead but it wasn't the best nor my top four. I understand it was Christmas but I was told that the shipment never came in.

Was not greeted nor acknowledged! And sales associate seemed like she didn’t want to be there
